Online Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!

However, if you would like to return an item please contact us at before sending your package back. We will then proceed in arranging the return with you.

Our policy is permitted within 14 days of the ship date. You must contact us by email within 14 days of the ship date to qualify for a refund. To be eligible for a return, all items:
    • must be accompanied by their original receipt/packing slip
    • must be in original packaging and condition
    • must be unused/unworn with seals and tags still in place
    • must be packaged properly for return shipping to ensure it is not damaged

Please note that for all returns shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in the mail.
